Garage Transformation
The challenge was to replace the old garage with a new structure without going any wider, due to property limitations. Our solution was to construct a garage that extends nearly 40 feet in depth. This innovative design allows for a multifunctional space that accommodates vehicle projects in the rear and parking in the front. To enhance the functionality and comfort of the space, we fully insulated and sheetrocked the garage, installed heating, and ensured it was well-lit, making it perfect for year-round use.
Master Bedroom Oasis
Above the garage, we created a master bedroom retreat that serves as a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The bedroom features a vaulted ceiling, adding a sense of grandeur and spaciousness. A cozy gas fireplace sets the ambiance for relaxation, while separate “his and hers” closets offer ample storage solutions. Recognizing the importance of personal space, we included a dedicated area for makeup and relaxation, designed specifically for the lady of the house. The result is a master bedroom that feels like a different world—luxurious, comfortable, and utterly amazing.

“As our family grew, our home needed to as well. We researched many different builders/remodelers and ended up choosing BN Builders to tear our old garage off the house and rebuild a new garage with a master bedroom above it. We couldn’t go any wider so we went deeper. Our new garage was built nearly 40 feet deep to accommodate vehicle projects in the back half with parking in the front half.
