“We needed our 30 year old deck replaced. We talked to a couple different companies and decided to go with B&N. I like working with the owner rather than salespeople. The communication was great and it helps a bit with cost. It took the crew a week to pull the old decking and install new maintanance free decking and railing. NO MORE SCRAPING AND STAINING. The crew was great, on time and neat. We had one problem with the railing and a new section was re-ordered and installed quickly. I’d highly reccomend Brian and his team.”

“I was very happy with the immediate response to any questions or concerns during a complex project. I had mold from a leak in my roof. They located it and replaced my roof as well as eliminated the mold and repaired the stains in my drywall. Removed my existing Chimney, and installed a gas fireplace. I started the reject late in the fall and was worried how it could be completed before winter set in, but Brian pulled it off somehow. New soffit, facia, gutters. Downspouts, roof, and fireplace in record time. I would highly recommend BN BUILDERS, He has a fantastic, very respectful and conscientious. “We bought a house in Eagan that had a huge potential in becoming a wonderful home. The lower level was 2,600 sq. ft. and completely unfinished. The living room/kitchen area was huge but the ceiling was bowed downward. The entire outside had old cedar siding which was awful. The bedrooms were not in the best places. We loved the property and the potential of the house but had real reservations about what to do to make it a “palace.” Brian Nelson and his whole crew spent huge amounts of time filled with patience in designing and recreating a new home with so many unique elements in it. These guys were focused on helping us make the house a marvelous, efficient, beautiful and spacious home. The expertise they displayed in everything they tackled resulted in a completed lower level, new bedroom configurations, a new outside to the home and so much more. After several months of their efforts we were thrilled with the work BN Builders had accomplished and are now enjoying everyday the fruits of their wonderful labors. BN Builders is not the most inexpensive contractor but they are most definitely one of the very best and it all points to their marvelous leader, Brian Nelson! “Our project consisted of the addition of an all-season porch and adjacent deck to our home. We hired BN Builders based on the very strong recommendation provided by another family member and Brian Nelson’s detailed, straightforward proposal.
