Consult & Scope

We confirm goals, must-haves, and budget range.
You get a written scope outline and ballpark.
If it’s a fit, we move into design & selections. (Typical projects: custom decks, garage builds, additions, basement finishes, three- & four-season porches, whole-house remodels.)

Design & Budget Lock

Drawings/plan review and selections (materials, finishes).
Firm, line-item estimate with schedule targets.
Permits/HOA: we handle them; you approve once.
We freeze scope before ordering to prevent “surprise” costs.

Build & Communicate

Dedicated project manager + weekly updates (what’s done, what’s next).
Protected work areas, daily cleanup, and respectful crews.
Change orders are written, priced, and approved before work changes—no surprises.

Walk-Through & Warranty

Punch list handled promptly.
Closeout packet: warranties, maintenance notes, contacts.
Minnesota statutory warranties honored: 1-year workmanship/materials, 2-year installation of plumbing/electrical/HVAC systems, 10-year major structural defects (load-bearing). Appliances carry manufacturer warranties.

Timing varies with scope, selections, inspections, utilities, and season. You’ll get a milestone calendar you can plan around.
