How do you keep projects on schedule?

We lock a milestone calendar before we start and align trades to it. If supply or inspection timing shifts, you’ll get the update the same day with the new path forward.

What happens if I change my mind midproject?

No problem. We’ll price the change, send it for approval, and only proceed after you sign. You’ll see timing and cost impacts clearly.

How do you protect my home during construction?

Surface protection, dust control, and daily cleanup are standard—not addons. We keep pathways clear and close off the work zone.

Do you handle the permit and HOA process?

Yes. We prepare the drawings, submit the paperwork, respond to questions, and schedule inspections.

What’s your warranty?
